Short stay
Excellent rooms. Very clean and very comfortable. Quality / price ratio. Nice staff Good location. Breakfast could be so much better! The lack of staff made the experience stressful. Even though we had already paid for breakfast, we waited a long time to sit down. The buffet was not enough for the number of people and was full.
Great staff
All the usual good things about Premier Inn, but I had a little problem. My face powder ran onto my bedroom carpet, I was ashamed, I asked for a vacuum cleaner, but Charlotte told me not to worry, go out and enjoy the party we attended. When we returned, you would never have known that there was a disaster! The other young woman who had been in the afternoon ran very friendly into the restaurant and brought me bags of fruit tea directly into the room, we did not have to pick them up at the reception. I think they are both exaggerated and do a lot of honor to the hotel.
Very comfortable and warm
Registration was very easy. We booked a meal offer that worked very well. It's dinner and everything you can get for breakfast. My room was new with a nice big TV. The room was top notch. Excellent bathroom with very hot running water. The staff are very attentive and made me feel welcome. I will come back here.
Overnight stay
A very good place to stay. Room, food and service, great. We reserved a meal for 17 for the night, the staff did very well. Although some menu options are exhausted. The rooms are of a high standard and very quiet.
Comfortable stay
I was here before attending a wedding in Plymouth the next day. I slept comfortably at night. I had to set the thermostat in the room as it was pretty cold on arrival, but it worked quickly. I had no problems during my stay and the reception staff helped me carry my suitcase upstairs.
