Amazing 10/10!
Our experience at this hotel was exceptional. The level of service was phenomenal. Tony and his family were charming and nice. Tony went out of his way to help us. Our car broke down in the parking lot in front of the hotel. Tony brought in a mechanic to assess the situation and offered my husband an elevator to the garage this afternoon to pick up the car. Few hotel owners would, and my family and I were extremely grateful for his generous generosity. On arrival we were greeted by Tony who led us through the hotel and carried our bags to our rooms. He was also very charming with my children.
Weekend break
Very clean and friendly hotel, great location, clean and comfortable rooms with everything you need, lots of breakfast choices, the owners made us feel welcome and nothing was too much to ask for, we will definitely be back.
Great find
I had a great stay at this hotel. Warm welcome to Tony on arrival. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable, not huge, but it's just a room! Large living room to relax and enjoy the sea view and lighting. Breakfast was delicious with an excellent selection. I would recommend this hotel, and we will definitely be back. Thank you for this fabulous stay.
Very happy
The owners were very nice and the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and were able to park without any problems. Great view of the promenade and ideal location for restaurants and next to the tram stop. Thanks again and we'll be back.

I stayed here over the weekend with my family. Lovely owners very warm, breakfast was great! The tram is directly opposite. It is not a long way to the amusement beach. I would definitely stay there again when we return to Blackpool.
