Manager is super professional, standard rooms
I was here and you will definitely get what you pay for. The room was simple but clean and everything you need for a restful night. Unfortunately, I left my headphones at the hotel and was upset when I discovered that I lived 3 hours away. However, the manager was more than accommodating and sent them back via an envelope he had sent them, and he couldn't be more grateful. It doesn't sound like much, but my headphones are necessary for my daily life. When they returned safe and sound, he was delighted. Nothing is too much trouble for the manager, very nice and I would recommend going back here! Thanks a lot.
A perfect hotel from start to finish
I stayed here at the last minute due to a family emergency, we called around 7:00 pm to book for that night and everything was fine, we arrived around 10:30 pm and the lovely receptionist even improved our room (we stayed in a family room), it was tastefully decorated, the comfortable beds overall would have remained firm.
Great food at the Amazing Hotel and Lisa, such a sweet and great woman
I booked this hotel for my father-in-law's birthday and New Year's so the family could go and have fun. The hotel was a great price for 4 rooms and had a bar, dance floor and elevator to the 2nd level. I have booked a third party number and I don't want to go straight. It is better to call them and book the best price. We checked in at 3pm but the company we booked said at 2pm but it doesn't matter that we went to the bar. Breakfast was all you could eat and help yourself cook everything well, and the bacon and sausages were great, not cheap, Eva had meat in it. They didn't make fruit, but there were other jams and toasts. Lisa was great, did everything she could and received you, and nothing helped her. We will be back this year, thanks to Lisa I have booked ...
Good quality. Good hotel
I stayed here overnight, working in Blackpool, and there was nothing I could do about it. The rooms are clean and tidy and you will not go wrong with the price. Great location too. The only downside was that the heating did not seem to be turned on, but there was a plug in our room that worked equally well. I did not have breakfast, but I am sure that everything will be fine. For a short stay of one or two nights, this is fantastic, and I would return.
Cozy and comfortable
Sarah and Billy are the kindest administrators you have ever met, the hotel is clean and comfortable, yes it really needs to be updated, but they are new here, so we are finishing it in the new year, the breakfast is really good complete) the staff are very friendly, great location near the beach for fun, overall it was a fantastic experience, and next year I will go back to the Henson hotel (home from home services) I had a family room, even the beds need updating, but still comfortable.
