Dracula in Whitby

Making English breakfast with punk music in the 70s / 80s is not bad at all! Very particular place with even more particular furnishings. Most particular of all, however, is Kev the owner.

Suggestive b&b

It is a bed & breakfast set all on Dracula, with furnishings, furnishings, photographs and themed setting. The rooms are large and comfortable, the owner is kind and attentive, the excellent English breakfast is made on demand on request, free parking in front of the b&b.The only shortcomings are the rather bad American coffee and the bathrooms which are separated from the rooms, accessible by a corridor. Recommended for those who love Dracula.

A little piece of paradise of Dracula!

Booked as a surprise for me by my husband who knows that I love all supernatural things !! We were greeted by Kev who wore Dracula's sleek personality like an absolute pro !! We had the Dracula room, which was beautifully presented, with the true feeling of the Dracula / Gothic era. The bed was a 4 poster cast iron bed frame and was so comfortable !!! The place is clean, tidy and a true representation of all Dracula things. And to end a good night's sleep, the breakfast was absolutely perfect and was served in a finished basement, which was again furnished in the purest Gothic style. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay here and will be back anytime! Don't post too many photos because you don't want to spoil the surprise, but check your wardrobe, there are scary surprises in there!

A Gothic visit

The house of Dead Kev was exactly the best experience when we needed a break! As I was a cute local girl who had moved, I took my non-Aboriginal friend to my spiritual home in Whitby for his first visit. We were greeted by the always friendly Kev who showed us around as it was more than helpful and great fun. The theme room was so nice that we didn't want to go there, clean, fresh and nicely decorated. Yes, the bathroom was in the hallway, not en-suite, but it was a small price. It was our own bathroom and as clean and well dressed as the rest of the hotel. It met all of our needs, including my veganism, and to be honest, we didn't want to go home. Oh and the coffin sofa in the Luna room is a dream! We will return.

Awesome

Our second stay here and both times were fantastic. Kev is always very welcoming and accommodating and the decor is out of this world - literally. An excellent breakfast in a dining room in the basement, which is very well decorated except for the skulls of the cutlery. Definitely come back
